Keeping Music Alive in Austin Schools

Beyond the Grade provides unique music programs for all ages delivered to you!

Beyond the Grade develops confidence and community in underserved youth in Central Texas through after school music education. Taught by local musicians, our curriculum is inspired by students’ interests, providing opportunities for expression and empowerment.

Group/private classes include Songwriting, Guitar, Keyboard, Drums, “Rock” Band, Beats (Digital music production), Early Elem. Music, Choir, and more.

Beyond the Grade, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, is currently providing 38 weekly music classes for 20 schools in AISD, RRISD, DVISD, City of Austin PARD, and various Austin shelters, charter and private schools.
